The Phuket Staff agency doesn’t establish the service price of house employees. The final salary pays off individually and depends on the education and experience of the applicant, work volume, accommodation «live in» or «live out», existence or lack of additional duties, a nationality of the applicant, the schedule of work.

Agency prices.

We work without advance payment.

Services of agency are paid by the employer at the time of signing of the contract and amount 25-100% of an average salary of the employee.

• 1 year contract.

100% personnel’s monthly salary with a guarantee of 3 times free staff replacement for all period of validity of the contract.

• 6 months contract.

70% personnel’s monthly salary with a guarantee of 2 times free staff replacement for all period of validity of the contract.

• 3 months contract.

40% personnel’s monthly salary with a guarantee of 2 times free staff replacement for all period of validity of the contract.

• 1 month contract.

25% personnel’s monthly salary with a guarantee of free replacement once for all period of validity of the contract.

Discounts are provided:

• to clients of www.rl-thailand.com Real Estate Agency
• when hiring two and more employees at the same time
• to regular customers.

We can provide personnel for trial days at the request of the employer.

Agency fee pays one-time when signing the contract in Thai Baht or other currency by agreement with the agency.
